We bought my engagement ring at Karlise, and had such a positive experience that we traveled back (from NYC) to buy our wedding bands. Through both visits, Mike and his staff were amazing to work with. When I told him I was coming back, he special ordered the matching band ... matching band to my ring so I could see it, and when I was there he re-sized and cleaned my ring (twice!) without charging me for it. My fiancé got both my engagement ring and wedding band here and they are absolutely beautiful (of course). The service is fantastic, you can tell how passionate and innovative they are at designing 1 of a kind pieces! And they are willing to work with their customers which is great ... and something I have never encountered for a jewelry store... I needed to get my rings resized but I didn't think I would make it before the store closed but when I called to verify their hours they said the would stay open till my fiancé and I got there which is amazing! Not very many jewelers would stay open for another hour and a half after their closing time just for 1 customer regardless of if they are returning or new. My wife's ring had a crack in it from fatigue of the soft platinum repeatedly getting squashed out of round, so I took a gamble and brought it in to Karlise to see if they could fix it. Mike the owner assured me that he could repair it easily within ... a day, and sure enough he did an outstanding job! He used laser welding to do the repair and built up some of the prongs that hold the small stones in the band. The ring looked better than new when I picked it up! Mike and his daughters were all exceptionally welcoming and friendly, and the work done was superior.
